JD - Bass

JD led the Connecticut-based Presto-Strange-O, an all original power trio, from 1985 to 1999. The band, featuring JD on lead guitar and vocals, released several CDs. Concentrating on home studio recording and releasing solo CDs afterward, he took his routine forays into playing bass to a more serious level, joining jamband Marc Szwaba & Friends in 2006.

Citing Paul McCartney, James Jamerson and John Entwhistle as top influences, JD is now enjoying his time holding the bass chair in BlondeStreak.
